TL;DR

Location: Based in-person at the office in London (Shoreditch)

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of 20-30 live research projects from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Plan and track milestones and timelines using Monday.com.
  • Lead client touchpoints, including kick-offs, check-ins, and close-outs.
  • Coordinate and align stakeholders across Sales, Fulfillment, researchers, and participants.
  • Identify recurring patterns and edge cases to improve internal playbooks and FAQs.
  • Manage quality and risk by implementing smart checkpoints and escalating issues with context.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in delivery, project management, client services, CX, or research ops.
  • Must be based in-person at the London office (City Road, Shoreditch).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables and context-switch effectively.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, remaining calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com, CRMs, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Nice to have

  • Experience with UX research workflows or participant recruitment platforms.
  • Experience managing freelance teams or global stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Comfort with using social media or niche channels to support participant recruitment.
