What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic programmes aligned to business growth.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Establish scalable programme structures, governance, and reporting to increase predictability and quality.
• Embed regulatory and risk considerations into delivery, specifically PSD2, AML, and GDPR.
• Act as the central coordination point for senior stakeholders and partners, providing data-driven updates.
• Improve delivery processes by exploring trends in Open Banking, A2A, and real-time payments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in programme or complex project delivery within fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments.
• Experience managing externally-facing programmes such as partnerships and market expansions.
• Strong capability in programme structuring from inception through execution.
• Proficiency with delivery tools such as Jira and Smartsheets.
• Working understanding of payment ecosystems, APIs, and integration requirements.
