What you will do

• Present hirify.global solutions to key decision-makers in Local Authorities and Multi-Academy Trusts.
• Deliver high-quality demonstrations and speak at events as a subject matter expert.
• Assist in bid writing, tender responses, and enhancing proposal quality during busy periods.
• Support sales, marketing, product design, and customer teams when bid work is lighter.
• Monitor education developments and competitor activity.
• Represent hirify.global at education technology exhibitions and engage visitors.

Requirements

• Experience at senior level in UK state-funded schools, up to headteacher (current or former).
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Regular user experience with school Management Information System (MIS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Confident presentation skills for explaining complex concepts to senior audiences.
• Ability to manage flexible workload and deliver to tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Senior role in MAT or local authority.
• Experience with hirify.global MIS or OFSTED inspection.
• Knowledge of school financial systems, budget planning, or data lakes.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365, or technical writing skills.
