What you will do
- Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, Chilli Piper routing, and integrations with Salesforce CRM.
- Design system architecture and processes across marketing tools like Clay and Apollo for scalable MarTech stack.
- Build automated lead capture, routing, nurture workflows, and lead scoring models to accelerate sales handoff.
- Ensure data integrity, enrichment, compliance with GDPR and CCPA, and manage marketing-to-sales handoffs with tools like Highspot.
- Develop dashboards and reporting in HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools to track KPIs, funnel metrics, and attribution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales teams for closed-loop reporting and revenue funnel insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (certifications a plus) and Salesforce CRM, including integrations and workflow automation.
- Hands-on with AI-powered lead enrichment tools (e.g., Clay).
- Proven lead lifecycle strategies, scoring models, and automation workflows accelerating pipeline.
- Analytical skills with reporting, dashboards, data analysis; understanding of privacy laws and data governance.
- Collaborative with strong cross-functional communication in fast-paced environment.
