Salary: $86,205 — $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations from small to large-scale deployments of hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with PS Project and Customer Success Managers for seamless engagements and handoffs.
• Facilitate remote and onsite sessions for discovery, design, and deployment to drive customer adoption.
• Optimize configurations by implementing best practices and automating routine tasks via REST API and scripting.
• Develop custom solutions using hirify.global features like Websites, LogicModules, NetScans, and external integrations.
• Provide feedback on gaps and feature requests to Product and Development teams, and share expertise with peers and customers.
• Occasionally support Monitoring Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as an IT professional or software engineer.
• 2+ years in IT operations, including systems administration, network engineering, and DevOps.
• 1+ years of hands-on scripting/programming in Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy.
• Subject matter expert in IT domains such as Windows/Linux servers, networking, security, storage, virtualization, or cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with web technologies including HTTP, JSON, RegEx, and REST APIs.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
