What you will do

• Own infrastructure stability and monitoring for designated customers, troubleshooting errors in hirify.global environments.
• Lead post-incident RCA processes and coordinate software releases based on maintenance windows.
• Set up new customer projects using Terraform and architectural best practices in restricted environments.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities and maintain security policies including VPC SC, SCC, and NGFW configs.
• Provide first response and technical troubleshooting for customer issues, including REST API and connectivity problems.
• Assist customers with cloud best practices, IAM setup, quotas, Disaster Recovery, and LLM configuration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, Professional Services, or DevOps.
• 2+ years of coding and debugging experience in Java and Python.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Linux, and SQL.
• Experience troubleshooting REST API issues, as well as working with SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA (hybrid 4 days/week).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of LLMs and how GPT works.
• Hands-on experience with Search technologies, Knowledge technologies, or SaaS-based system integrations.
• Ability to document issues and contribute to a support knowledge base.
