What you will do

• Support cloud infrastructure architecture and operationalize Public Cloud solutions primarily in Azure and AWS.
• Implement SRE operational readiness practices focusing on detection, observability, and resiliency.
• Define and implement monitoring based on Golden Signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation).
• Execute operational tasks using runbooks and tooling to maintain system performance and stability.
• Reduce toil by implementing repeatable operational mechanisms and health checks.
• Collaborate on cloud transformation initiatives to deliver SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Arlington, TX (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).
• Strong command of Windows and Linux OS with deep troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes or enterprise container platforms like OpenShift.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (AKS, CosmoDB, Functions, Storage) and Azure CLI/Powershell.
• Strong automation skills using Bash, Python, and Powershell.
• Extensive experience with Terraform and Git.

Nice to have

• .NET coding skills.
• Knowledge of SLOs/SLIs and reliability engineering concepts.
