TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving go-to-market strategy for a predictive intelligence platform with an accent on selling complex, emerging-category AI solutions to enterprise decision-makers. Focus on building pipeline from scratch, managing multi-threaded sales cycles, and translating sophisticated simulation capabilities into high-value business outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City. This is an in-person role requiring 5 days a week in the office.

Salary: $300,000 – $400,000 OTE plus equity.

A Series A AI-native company building predictive intelligence agents to simulate human behavior and pressure-test high-stakes strategic decisions.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Execute targeted outbound strategies to engage stakeholders in strategy, innovation, and executive leadership.
  • Run rigorous discovery processes to diagnose customer pain points and map them to simulation use cases.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across diverse enterprise organizations.
  • Spearhead market expansion by identifying new verticals and use cases for simulation technology.
  • Refine go-to-market motions by providing structured feedback on positioning, pricing, and sales plays.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally with complex AI or emerging-category products.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch through high-conviction outbound efforts.
  • Experience selling outcomes to skeptical executive audiences and building credible ROI narratives.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous use cases.
  • Must be located in or open to relocation to the New York City metropolitan area.
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week in the office.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling through consulting or channel partners.
  • Background in selling new categories or methodologies that require buyer education.
  • Familiarity with financial services, CPG, energy, healthcare, or government verticals.
  • Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or scenario planning tools.
