Location: Hybrid (New York) - Team is in the office 5 days a week
Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Coach SDRs in real-time through call reviews, live call participation, and messaging workshops.
- Own pipeline generation, including outbound and inbound qualification and handoffs to AEs.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to provide visibility into pipeline health and market signals.
- Develop team members by defining performance standards and building career progression paths.
- Shape and optimize modern outbound motions using workflows, signals, and enrichment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM roles with 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams.
- Prior experience in a closing role.
- Must be based in New York and able to work in-office 5 days a week.
- Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and curiosity about AI-driven prospecting.
- A builder mentality focused on shaping operational playbooks.
