Salary: $112,710 - $183,140

What you will do

• Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of dialog flows and user journeys for voice and chat platforms.
• Develop distinct AI assistant personas and craft high-quality, context-aware UX content.
• Determine multi-turn dialog strategies, including proactive suggestions and latency management.
• Facilitate design and stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and define project scopes.
• Analyze interaction metrics and iterate on designs to improve customer satisfaction.
• Create design briefs, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma to communicate solutions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Conversational UX, Voice User Interface (VUI) design, or UX Writing.
• Strong understanding of NLP/NLU concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI workflows.
• Proficiency in conversational prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
• Exceptional UX writing skills adapted for complex industrial use cases.
• Experience working within an Agile framework in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
