What you will do

• Lead a talented team of engineers to deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex analytics solutions.
• Provide technical support and direction to teams and team leaders, ensuring resources are acquired to meet deadlines.
• Manage individual and team performance, identifying and addressing training and development needs.
• Coordinate walkthroughs and reviews to ensure conformance to standards and design specifications.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
• Solid experience in data science, data analytics, or a hands-on data science team management role.
• Proven experience leading data science/analytics projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning principles, technologies, and algorithms.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.

Nice to have

• Strong statistical knowledge, experience with ML, regression models, and data mining techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership on medium or large-scale data science projects.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
