💼 Position: Data Scientist

We’re looking for a strong Senior Data Scientist to join a team building the foundation for reliable production AI. This role combines applied machine learning, statistics, and real production impact — not just model development, but making sure models are scalable, monitored, and continuously improved in production environments.

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve ML/statistical models for complex business problems
• Work closely with engineers on production-ready ML systems
• Design experiments and evaluate models using statistical methodologies
• Monitor deployed models for drift, reliability, and accuracy
• Build dashboards and generate business insights
• Recommend retraining and optimization strategies
• Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
• Help improve Data Science standards and operational best practices

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science
• Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Solid background in statistics, supervised & unsupervised learning
• Strong SQL skills + experience with Snowflake
• Experience working with AWS
• Understanding of APIs, ML deployment, monitoring, and production workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset and ownership attitude

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience with production ML environments
• GenAI / telemetry / performance metrics experience
• Knowledge of R, Java, or Go
• Data visualization & storytelling skills
• Mentoring experience

📍 Location: Poland preferred (offshore possible)
