What you will do

• Prepare datasets and own risk assessment frameworks, algorithms, and decisioning strategies.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of LLM models and refine fraud prevention systems including rule-based and predictive models.
• Define, track, and analyze risk and business KPIs, translating insights into recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build automated reporting and monitoring for proactive risk management.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to embed risk controls into processes.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in risk analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related (Master’s a plus).
• 4+ years in risk/data analytics in banking or fintech.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on Python experience.
• Data visualization with Tableau or similar.
• Deep knowledge of statistical analysis, risk modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments; Fluent English.
