What you will do

• Design, configure, and deploy AV systems including conferencing, displays, microphones, and control systems.
• Manage AV infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Provide comprehensive support for remote, executive, and in-person industry events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to determine technical AV requirements and limitations.
• Mentor members of the End User Computing and Operations team to foster professional growth.
• Create user documentation and conduct training sessions for employees on AV equipment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with AV and Events software such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Technology, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and familiarity with Windows OS for remote troubleshooting.
• Required certifications: AVIXA (CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) and Event Technology Specialist (ETS).
• Hardware certifications in Crestron (CCP), Extron, Shure, QSC, or Biamp.
• PMP and ITIL v4 Foundation certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience using ServiceNow as a ticketing system.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Microsoft equivalent.
