What you will do

• Manage the overall delivery of Air Traffic Management (ATM) projects, overseeing costs, schedule, and quality.
• Perform project estimating, planning, scheduling, and regular reporting.
• Manage project finances, including financial forecasting, preparation of quotations, and budget management.
• Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials required for task completion.
• Lead project teams by defining roles, responsibilities, and delegating tasks.
• Support ATM-related tenders and contribute to project management process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience in the Air Traffic Management domain or managing complex software in safety-regulated environments.
• Experience with the management of system integration and installation projects.
• Proficiency in PMBok Project management standards or equivalent.
• Strong comprehension of commercial issues, contract execution, and managing sub-contractors.
• Effective communication skills for interfacing with customers and internal engineering teams.
• Must hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (preferably Baseline level).

Nice to have

• Specific experience in the aviation sector.
• Experience in site installation and commissioning works.
