What you will do

• Lead the Program Delivery team of up to 20 staff across Scholarship, Semester, and Mobility programs.
• Oversee annual grant rounds ensuring strict compliance with Commonwealth Grant Rules and Principles (CGRP) and NCP Guidelines.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational consistency and quality assurance.
• Implement and report against the MEL Results Framework to demonstrate outcomes against program logic.
• Integrate risk management and safeguarding measures into all aspects of program delivery.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to co-create a Ways of Working Framework for improved efficiency and accountability.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading government-funded grants or program delivery functions.
• Strong understanding of grants administration, compliance, and probity requirements.
• Proven leadership and change management capability.
• High-level stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with senior government clients.
• Authority to live and work in Australia is required.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
