What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including janitorial, life safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance per policies and client directives.
  • Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions and appearance.
  • Respond promptly to building maintenance, repairs, and cleaning requests from occupants.
  • Compile and maintain site-specific documentation, reports, logs, and files including safety, compliance, and financial records.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in capital budgets, five-year maintenance plans, and statistical data analysis.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in facilities management, building, business or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management.
  • Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering, and property operations preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems; ability to read construction specs and blueprints.
  • Strong financial management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

  • CFM, IFMA, or BOMA certifications.
  • CMMS or Work Order Management experience.
  • Yardi or similar financial systems knowledge.
