.NET Fullstack Developer (California)

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance software tools supporting insurance product development, underwriting workflows, and risk management.
• Develop and integrate solutions using RESTful APIs and internal or third-party services.
• Automate business processes through services, scheduled jobs, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support and enhance in-house WinForms and WPF desktop applications.
• Resolve issues and drive continuous improvement to support business needs.
• Collaborate with database administrators and software engineers to maintain data integrity, application reliability, and system performance.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, .NET, and frontend technologies such as jQuery or React.
• Strong experience with relational databases, including SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and applying MVVM design patterns.
• Experience with process automation, service setup, job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of ArcGIS or ArcGIS Pro, spatial data management, and Python.
• Experience in an R&D environment or in supporting a business unit with iterative development practices.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
