Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid with onsite collaboration Tuesday through Thursday

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale full-stack applications using modern frontend, backend, cloud, and containerization technologies.
• Build reusable components, libraries, services, APIs, and integrated systems that support multiple product domains and teams.
• Lead architectural decisions, root-cause analysis, technical-debt reduction, performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
• Partner with security and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and operationally sound solutions.
• Mentor engineers, participate in code and design reviews, improve engineering practices, and support production deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
• Prototype emerging technologies and guide incremental delivery across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Hybrid onsite presence in Fort Worth, Texas, three days per week is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience, with 5–7 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale production solutions.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript; Spring/Spring Boot and FastAPI.
• Frontend experience with Angular and React; proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Azure, and AWS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, REST, GraphQL, and automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to design object-oriented systems, optimize performance and resiliency, collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Airline industry experience.
• Experience with LitElement 2.0.
