What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams, ensuring predictable delivery and high engineering standards
• Partner with Product Leaders, Architects, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals
• Drive culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
• Support teams in designing scalable, maintainable solutions balancing speed, technical debt, and product health
• Improve engineering processes, delivery effectiveness, and cross-team collaboration
• Mentor engineers, support career growth, performance management, and leadership development
• Participate in hiring, organizational scaling, and resource planning

Requirements

• Experience managing software engineering teams
• Strong software engineering background in .NET or JS, with hands-on experience in scalable distributed systems and cloud architectures
• Proven ability to drive delivery, engineering quality, and organizational effectiveness
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, Agile delivery, and system design
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Experience collaborating with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders
