What you will do

• Review and load financial data from Private Equity clients into internal accounting systems.
• Prepare and review consolidations through investment structures using various consolidation rules.
• Manage fund expenses, book journal entries for cash payments, and handle accruals.
• Perform third-party reconciliations of investments and cash.
• Calculate capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest based on fund documents.
• Prepare NAV packages and other deliverables according to service level agreements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Audit.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification.
• Must be based in or able to work in Toronto, Canada.
• Experience with Private Equity or Private Debt is preferred.
• Experience working with the Investran platform is a plus.
