What you will do
- Develop and maintain Genesys-based call center applications.
- Build and implement API integrations and customer interaction solutions.
- Contribute to large-scale transformation and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams within an agile environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Genesys Engage.
- Proficiency in Genesys API, Workspace SDK, and Add-in development.
- Experience with GVP platform, VXML, MRCP, and SAPI for ASR/TTS applications.
- Strong development skills in C#, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
