What you will do

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents related to Java applications to ensure service availability.
• Validate synchronous and asynchronous integration flows, including mappings and exception handling.
• Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to implement fixes and technical enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, integration flows, and operating procedures.
• Support functional and technical testing (SIT/UAT) and provide post-release stabilization monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to optimize application performance, maintainability, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical support or development using Java technologies.
• Proven experience in production support, application maintenance, and AMS environments.
• Spanish: Fluent/Native proficiency required.
• English: Basic proficiency required.
• Availability for rotating shifts and after-hours support (24/7 model).

Nice to have

• Experience in the retail industry, specifically with Palacio de Hierro systems.
• Certifications in Java, Microsoft, or ITIL.
• Experience with implementation projects and major application deployments.
