What you will do

• Own and evolve the global Order-to-Cash process to ensure efficiency across all regions.
• Define process standards and governance, aligning stakeholders on priorities and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary interface between business operations and technology to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Resolve complex order scenarios and perform root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for technical and product teams.
• Set up and monitor key process KPIs to drive scalability, compliance, and optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a comparable field.
• Experience in order management, e-commerce operations, or business process management, ideally within an international D2C environment.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of digital order-to-cash processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across different regions and functions.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
