What you will do

• Generate deep insights into campaign performance and user behavior by analyzing conversion funnels and revenue drivers.
• Own and evolve measurement frameworks, including attribution models and advertiser ROI tracking.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for ad placements, bidding strategies, and relevance models.
• Build and scale self-service analytics and dashboards for internal and commercial stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define KPIs and data models for Retail Media and MarTech.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product or Data Analytics.
• Strong professional exposure to Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech environments.
• High proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets and data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of advertising metrics and campaign measurement.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cologne, Germany.
