Business Process Enablement Leader

What you will do

• Define, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes for current and future states
• Identify process gaps and translate business needs into functional requirements, epics, and user stories
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT teams, and stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery models from discovery to deployment, including testing and go-live
• Drive change management, training, and adoption across global teams
• Work on multiple concurrent projects ensuring alignment across regions and stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business process management / process design
• Strong experience in process mapping and documentation
• Solid understanding of lead-to-cash, finance, and marketing processes
• Ability to translate business processes into system requirements and user stories
• English is a must
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce CRM
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• German/French language skills
