What you will do

• Develop and manage industrialization requirements in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Production teams.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, process flow diagrams, and PFMEA structures.
• Implement, commission, and release production lines, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing documentation.
• Validate manufacturing processes, throughput capability, and measurement systems to reduce producibility risks.
• Provide technical process support and collaborate with suppliers to improve operational efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum BEng Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
• Experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and throughput analysis.
• Knowledge of DFMAS (Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Support) principles.
• Experience in process validation, qualification, and production line commissioning.

Nice to have

• Exposure to opto-mechatronic systems.
