What you will do

• Design and develop AI/ML products involving large-scale data processing and modeling for hirify.global devices.
• Define requirements, create software designs, implement code, and support deployed products used by millions of customers.
• Collaborate with applied scientists, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver production-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Develop end-to-end ML workflows and pipelines for data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure quality.
• Maintain and improve ML workflows, MLOps, and infrastructure for customer-facing features like Home screen recommendations.
• Build models for better content recommendations and ranking based on user behavior in resource-constrained tablet environments.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Madrid, Spain
• Experience in professional software development (non-internship).
• Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or natural language processing.
• Experience designing or architecting systems with design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks including JAX, PyTorch, vLLM, SGLang, Dynamo, TorchXLA, and TensorRT.
• Programming experience with Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in machine learning, statistics, deep learning, NLP, or information retrieval.
• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM.
• Full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, reviews, testing, and operations.
• Experience with ML/LLM fundamentals, scalable ML infrastructure, and big data systems.
