Regional Sales Representative (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid, must be based in the UK (specifically Midlands and Southern England, preferably Oxford or Reading)

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales plans to grow Phonak and Unitron product presence.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with independent dispensers and retailers.
• Achieve sales targets and expand distribution points.
• Provide technical support and product education to customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategy.
• Manage customer records and tracking using CRM systems (Salesforce).

Requirements

• Strong sales experience, preferably in medical devices or hearing aids.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in IT and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Must be based in the UK, ideally in Oxford, Reading, or surrounding areas.

• Business or commercial qualification.
• Ability to analyse data and interpret business insights.
• Previous experience in training or presenting technical information.
