What you will do

• Run the team's shipping rhythm: daily ship log, weekly recaps, async standups, and hold contractors to weekly experiment targets.
• Maintain experiment backlog, onboard new contractors quickly, and ensure first ship within their first week.
• Own experiment tracker for structure and consistency, tag outcomes, and connect to downstream signals like revenue or rankings.
• Produce weekly recaps on shipped work, results, and next steps for leadership.
• Track SLAs, map cross-pillar dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and flag issues with recommended solutions.
• Turn strategic intents into shippable briefs, run weekly cross-pillar syncs, and handle quarterly planning logistics.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations or program management in high-throughput environments like agencies or growth teams shipping weekly experiments.
• Has built or rebuilt tracking/operating systems from scratch with concrete examples.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (pivots, lookups), basic SQL or Looker queries.
• Strong written English and async-first communication.
• Experience in growth functions (SEO, paid, CRO, lifecycle) understanding funnel mechanics and indicators.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), paid platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), A/B testing, or attribution platforms.
• Proven PM craft: shipping outcomes through others, holding seniors accountable, writing clear briefs, knowing when to escalate.
