What you will do

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and team members across the business
• Assist with employee relations cases such as absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters
• Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and maintain compliance with employment law
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with regular reporting and data tracking

Requirements

• Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable style and proactive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Comfort working with data; experience with Excel is advantageous
• Right to work in the UK
• Degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field (desirable)
