TL;DR

Location: Remote (Symphony Anywhere), with occasional business trips as needed

What you will do

  • Ensure services meet SOW requirements and client expectations throughout the full SDLC.
  • Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor, handling escalations and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams, overseeing hiring, performance reviews, and career development through PDPs.
  • Develop delivery frameworks, track performance metrics, and identify/mitigate project risks early.
  • Manage financial aspects including budget projections, revenue tracking, and invoice management.
  • Lead proposal preparation in the pre-sales process and coordinate the pre-sale team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in client and stakeholder management across various seniority levels.
  • Deep understanding of Agile software development methodologies and general technical practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
  • English: Fluent (written and spoken) required.
