Cloud consulting firm operating a Global Delivery Center to deliver client projects through collaborative teams.

What you will do

• Collaborate with GDC operations to assign resources to client engagements and maintain team utilization.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and participate in ideation meetings with onshore counterparts.
• Oversee concurrent client projects, identify risks, manage escalations, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate resource planning and project activities to achieve strategic business goals.
• Mentor staff in Agile practices, manage performance, and develop growth plans.
• Spearhead internal initiatives and conduct interviews for prospective GDC candidates.

Requirements

• 7+ years in client relationship management and setting expectations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills up to executive levels
• Experience aligning diverse teams across locations for project delivery
• Deep knowledge in stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery
• Ability to manage up to 30 people, lay out work plans, and handle challenging situations
• Demonstrated experience in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies
• Located in Philippines; no work visa sponsorship available
