What you will do

• Guide software development projects from planning to launch, ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability.
• Partner with Agile development teams as a leader and advocate throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies during project planning.
• Facilitate backlog prioritization and sequencing to align work with customer value and strategic goals.
• Provide transparent reporting on project progress, risk factors, launch plans, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Release Managers to support regulatory requirements and launch readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical, analytical, or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional relationships within a large, fast-paced organization.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working with Scrum or Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology related to software applications and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in Bulgaria

Nice to have

• Experience with EazyBI.
• Interest in customer advocacy, process improvement, sports betting, or the iGaming product landscape.
