TL;DR

Service Delivery Manager: Managing service level agreements, operations, and lifecycle for consultancy services to international organizations with an accent on customer technical interface, team motivation, and continuous improvement. Focus on monitoring SLAs/KPIs, coordinating reporting and audits, negotiating service modifications, and ensuring operational efficiency in complex stakeholder environments.

Location: Noordwijk, Netherlands or Barcelona, Spain. Must be eligible to live and work in the EU

What you will do

  • Manage capacity, interface with customer technical responsible, and coordinate with contract officers.
  • Define and maintain operational procedures, handle non-standard cases, and manage ad-hoc processes.
  • Monitor SLAs/KPIs, negotiate modifications, and coordinate team inputs for system improvements.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports, manage document tracking, and support internal/external audits.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor project progress, select/integrate new team members, and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Handle personnel replacements for vacations/sickness, manage hybrid/teleworking without disrupting on-site activities, and build stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, process engineering, or solid relevant experience in consultancy services management
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • High capacity to communicate with international engineering, technical, and business teams/stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, stakeholder relationship management, task coordination across teams
  • Autonomy, diplomacy in managing customers, attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Eligible to live and work in the EU
