IT Delivery Management Intern (Communication): Supporting communication and engagement initiatives within the IT Delivery department with an accent on internal community building and event organization. Focus on improving transparency, organizing department-wide events, and enhancing collaboration between IT, HR, and management.

Location: Hybrid (Den Haag, NL). Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in the Netherlands

Salary: €750 gross per month

What you will do

• Organize and host IT Delivery-wide events, including guest speaker sessions, networking meetups, and workshops.
• Create internal communication materials such as newsletters, roadmap updates, and department-wide messaging.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen community engagement and foster a people-focused work culture.
• Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to promote participation in corporate learning weeks and campus initiatives.
• Analyze feedback and insights from colleagues to identify and implement communication improvements.
• Support IT management in refining presentations and collaboration frameworks to enable effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in the Netherlands in Communication, Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Available for 24–40 hours per week.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interest in community building, event organization, and internal communication.
• Creative mindset and a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.

• Experience with newsletters, intranets, or social media platforms.
• Affinity with employee engagement and internal communication strategy.
• Interest in working within a dynamic IT environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
