What you will do

• Deliver fit-for-purpose solutions through design, build, testing, and operational readiness to support new processes.
• Implement outsourced global operational solutions aligned with market, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendor providers to ensure service quality and business needs are met.
• Track, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues to drive timely resolution during the delivery lifecycle.
• Define testing approaches, supporting CUAT, operational readiness, hypercare, and production issue resolution.
• Build partnerships with service providers to drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in asset management and investment operations.
• Extensive experience in collateral management and delivering operating model change.
• Strong knowledge of outsourced operational service delivery models and regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering solutions aligned to robust risk and control frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within large teams and complex change programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex messages to diverse audiences.
