What you will do

• Lead discipline and rules enforcement for professional and semi-professional esports ecosystems across the EMEA territory.
• Partner with global leadership to develop new policies and improve existing rulesets to maintain industry-leading standards.
• Audit sub-regional rulesets to ensure full compliance with global regulations.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to resolve complex compliance issues within the EMEA region.
• Design and execute prevention and education programs to ensure integrity within the competitive ecosystem.
• Manage strategic engagement with third-party government bodies and regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Law Degree or substantial experience in the legal field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in legal or administrative roles (e.g., paralegal, arbitration, or sports organizations).
• Authorized to work in Germany.
• Excellent written and oral English proficiency.
• Expert proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
