Junior Compliance Analyst

What you will do

• Conduct and document due diligence checks on third parties including clients, suppliers, and partners to identify and mitigate risks.
• Research and analyze laws, regulations, and industry standards to support regulatory adherence.
• Review questionnaires, RFPs, RFIs, and tenders to address compliance questions accurately.
• Liaise with internal teams like Sales, Finance, and Operations to provide compliance guidance.
• Draft, review, and implement internal compliance policies and procedures, including annual reviews.
• Prepare compliance reports, maintain records, and manage team knowledge documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Law or legal background.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles (internships included).
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint for document management.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a team environment.

• Knowledge of French.
