Junior Compliance Specialist (iGaming)

TL;DR

Junior Compliance Specialist (Legal/iGaming): Conducting regulatory research and updating compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions with an accent on gambling, advertising, and intellectual property laws. Focus on performing risk assessments, monitoring regulatory developments, and developing internal compliance guidelines.

Location: Hybrid (Niš, Serbia). Must work from the office at least three days a week.

What you will do

• Conduct regulatory research on gambling, advertising, and Intellectual Property law to support business activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments in assigned markets and notify relevant stakeholders of changes.
• Perform regular risk assessments to identify compliance exposure and trends.
• Develop internal guidelines and participate in compliance trainings to educate employees.
• Assist in gathering internal information for regulatory organizations and the Compliance Committee.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (specialization in Commercial, International, or IP law preferred).
• Fluency in English with strong writing skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Niš, Serbia office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in compliance, legal research, or a corporate environment.
• Experience in media, iGaming, and/or the advertising industry.
