What you will do

  • Analyze lead quality and optimize qualification frameworks.
  • Implement and refine automated workflows for lead generation to improve funnel predictability.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance outreach strategies and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for English-speaking markets.
  • Proven success in developing and executing outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with automated outreach tools for email and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes.
  • Deep understanding of organizational structures and IT industry trends.
  • English: B2 level required
