What you will do
- Identify and engage new B2B leads in English-speaking markets.
- Design, launch, and manage outbound outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads, handle objections, and transfer SQLs to the sales team.
- Analyze lead quality and optimize qualification frameworks.
- Implement and refine automated workflows for lead generation to improve funnel predictability.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance outreach strategies and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for English-speaking markets.
- Proven success in developing and executing outbound lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with automated outreach tools for email and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes.
- Deep understanding of organizational structures and IT industry trends.
- English: B2 level required
