What you will do

  • Provide professional and efficient IT support for end users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
  • Troubleshoot and replace IT accessories and peripheral devices.
  • Manage IT assets, inventory, and support purchasing processes.
  • Maintain physical LAN infrastructure and handle network patching.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and workarounds in Confluence.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured and customer-oriented way.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of LAN/networking.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with IT asset management.
  • Technical education or studies related to IT.
