TL;DR
Workplace Support Engineer: Provide HW/SW support, deployments, imaging, migrations, and connectivity solutions for a global organization with an accent on customer service, hardware repair, and cloud-based applications. Focus on maintaining inventory records, leading small projects, and configuring Microsoft 365, Teams, and mobile devices including iOS and Windows.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw office, Poland (at least 2 days a week in the office)

What you will do
- Provide hardware/software support, repairs, deployments, imaging, migrations, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Perform email account maintenance, minor network administration, and Active Directory tasks.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records and update user documentation.
- Lead small projects, assist with analysis, testing, and implementation of new systems.
- Support cloud apps like Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), tablets/smartphones (Surface, iPad, iOS, Windows).
- Train customers and team members on software, MAC OS, and automation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of PC support in medium/large corporate environment.
- Strong skills in Windows/MAC OS installation/configuration, Microsoft Office, PC hardware repair/replacement.
- Experience with Active Directory user account administration, Microsoft Teams support (chat, video, voice).
- Beginner-intermediate Unix knowledge, JAMF Casper, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent customer service skills in person, phone, remote sessions, email, chat.
- Hardware/software certifications (Microsoft, Lenovo, HP, Apple) desirable.
Nice to have
- Networking and A/V experience.
- Experience with Smart Technologies Interactive Whiteboards, Cisco WebEx.
