What you will do

• Administer Jira Server / Data Center, Confluence, and Atlassian Cloud environments.
• Configure and support workflows, permissions, dashboards, JQL, automations, and plugins.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall stability and reliability.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using ScriptRunner, REST API, and scripting tools.
• Improve Jira governance and actively reduce configuration debt.
• Collaborate with Infra, SRE, and DBA teams to resolve complex system and performance issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Jira Server / Jira Data Center and Confluence administration.
• Strong expertise in workflows, permissions, custom fields, users, groups, and JQL reporting.
• Experience troubleshooting logs, indexing, and performance bottlenecks in Jira Server.
• Solid understanding of Jira architecture, JVM basics, and the impact of customizations.
• Proficiency with REST API, ScriptRunner, webhooks, and administrative automation.
• Ability to write and maintain Groovy, Python, or Bash scripts for operational tasks.
• Strong Russian and English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.

• Experience with Jira / Confluence Cloud administration.
