Salary: 8,000 - 12,000 PLN / month

What you will do
- Manage user IT requests end-to-end, prioritizing by urgency and operational impact.
- Diagnose and resolve endpoint, OS, application, and access issues using structured troubleshooting methodologies.
- Oversee the full device lifecycle, including staging, configuration, and MDM operations.
- Administer access via Okta and Google Workspace following least-privilege principles.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and create internal knowledge base articles.
- Manage ticket queues in Jira Service Desk and propose practical operational improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in Service Desk within a large-scale organization.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MDM platforms (Jamf, ManageEngine, or equivalent), and Okta.
- Solid understanding of access management principles and provisioning workflows.
- Experience managing IT asset records across the full device lifecycle.
- Good working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Warsaw, Poland
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ITIL principles applied in fast-moving environments.
- Experience with Confluence for knowledge management.
- Advanced networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routing, firewall basics).
- Experience supporting audio-visual systems or VoIP platforms.
