What you will do

• Set and uphold the standard for data-driven decision-making to ensure marketing strategies are backed by data.
• Lead the execution of marketing analytics projects, translating raw data into growth opportunities.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor a squad of high-performing analysts, fostering a culture of technical mastery.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders across Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, and SEO to align analytical roadmaps.
• Take full ownership of the delivery lifecycle, from refining complex requirements to prioritizing the backlog.
• Iterate on team setup and integrate AI or other emerging technologies into the analytical playbook.

Requirements

• Proven track record in hiring, onboarding, and leadership.
• Extensive hands-on data analytics experience with proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and marketing attribution concepts.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into impactful decisions.
• Experience in stakeholder management across different seniority levels.
