What you will do

• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, experiments, or dashboards to drive acquisition decisions.
• Conduct funnel diagnostic deep-dives to identify friction and growth opportunities across the user journey.
• Design and analyze marketing experiments and landing-page tests using statistical and causal methods.
• Develop measurement frameworks for channel performance, brand lift, and media effectiveness.
• Perform marketing mix and attribution analysis to optimize spend allocation across channels.
• Analyze acquisition economics, connecting front-end spend to back-end customer value (LTV/CAC).

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in decision science or quantitative marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Experience with BI tools, specifically Looker.
• Knowledge of regression, hypothesis testing, incrementality, and inferential techniques.
• English: Fluent (C1) written and spoken

Nice to have

• Experience with media/channel analytics or marketing experimentation at scale.
