What you will do

• Perform precision placement and soldering of small electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
• Conduct detailed visual inspections of both electronic components and assemblies.
• Apply epoxies, coatings, and silicone to electronic assemblies.
• Install hardware using handheld tools.
• Maintain and track production documentation.
• Organize and maintain issued workbench and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a US Person or a non-US Person eligible to obtain required Export Authorization.
• Ability to pass an eye exam and visually inspect parts through a microscope.
• Controlled hand dexterity for working with tweezers, soldering irons, and tiny components.
• Ability to read and follow production procedures and professionally handle critical feedback.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in electronic circuit board assembly.
• Experience with hand soldering electronics.
