Salary: $273,000–$372,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Establish and shape medical strategy aligned with the overall company strategy and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive the development and execution of Medical Affairs plans, ensuring they deliver on critical launch milestones.
  • Provide medical leadership to cross-functional partners in clinical, operations, HEOR, and commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain an external relationship network across the respiratory therapy area to support the franchise.
  • Develop data generation strategies, including gap analysis, to evolve product data plans.
  • Manage annual budgets for medical activities in collaboration with Finance and Regional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • MD degree is required.
  • 8+ years of overall pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
  • Proven leadership experience across Medical Affairs and specialization in pulmonology.
  • Strong knowledge of medical affairs planning with previous drug launch experience.
  • Ability to lead by influence within a matrixed team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Board Certified Pulmonologist.
  • Global experience or experience in multiple regions, including the US.
