TL;DR

Senior Account Manager for Courses (LATAM): Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with influencers, edtechs, educational brands, institutes, and course creators in Spanish-speaking LATAM countries with an accent on pipeline building, negotiations, and relationship nurturing. Focus on scaling high-impact deals, optimizing performance through data analysis, and driving business growth.

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners including influencers, course creators, edtechs, educational brands, and institutes.
  • Build, manage, and scale a pipeline of new partnerships.
  • Conduct internal and external negotiations to close high-impact deals.
  • Nurture existing partner relationships to deepen partnerships and increase sales.
  • Support partners' marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Analyze data, measure results, report on progress, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience in partnerships management (influencer, affiliate marketing, sales, or B2B).
  • Strong sales and analytical skills, proficiency in sales CRMs, web data, and analytic tools.
  • High attention to detail and proactiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Perfect spoken and written English.
